Our COVID-19 Policies

During this time of great uncertainty regarding the Coronavirus, we want you to know that the health and safety of our customers and staff are our top priority. We are taking many precautionary steps with additional cleaning and sanitizing beyond our normal practices. Furthermore, we are practicing social distancing in the workplace and notifying our staff they must stay home if they experience any symptoms related to the virus or have been exposed. They will be allowed to return to work after testing negative for the virus. 

To Our Customers:

, We are still delivering and offering curbside pick-up Monday thru Friday .You may call the store during those hours to talk with us directly. We also have an answering service should you need to call after then.
We have instituted a no person-to-person contact delivery policy. Our drivers will leave the flowers at the front door or other designated area, then ring the doorbell or call the recipient to notify them of delivery. 
For curbside pickup, please call us upon arrival and we will bring your order to your car. Curbside pick-ups do need to be paid at the time of ordering.
Wedding and event designers are able to provide a virtual consultation by phone. If you need to cancel an event or postpone the date, please notify our team as quickly as possible, so that we are able to cancel your flower order with the farms at no charge. 
We are doing our best to fill your orders as close to the picture as possible. However, with many flower farms closed and difficulties in shipping, some flowers may not be available at the time of your order. We will do our best to keep the same style and color scheme while filling your order to value. 
Flowers bring, in a special way, a calming, relaxing and a healing presence. They are a wonderful way to stay connected to your loved ones and lift spirits to those having a difficult time when everything seem so uncertain. Thank you for letting us spread joy to those you care about!
